Created, prepared regulatory documents and reorganized the activities of the Department of Internal Financial Control and Audit of the Executive Body of Kyiv City Council (KMDA). Candidate of Legal Sciences, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine.
Author of the Law of Ukraine «On Audit Activity». Organized the Auditing Chamber of Ukraine. Member of the Auditing Chamber from 1993 to 2007. Developer of the Concept for Reforming Accounting in Ukraine.
Author of over 50 scientific works on accounting, financial control and audit.
Chief editor of the journal «Economy. Finance. Law», published since 1994 and is a professional publication on economics, law and audit. In 1990, created the first audit firm «Analitik» in Ukraine. Supervised the audit of the National Bank of Ukraine and a number of leading banks in Ukraine.
Author of monograph «Audit: methodological, legal and organizational aspects».
